July 5, 2003

Wow what a day! Independance day was yesterday, and I went down to RM to watch the fireworks. It was... fun, I liked the part where when the fireworks were shot up in the air, a few moments later you can feel the ashes raining down on you :) I got home bout midnight and started chatting online and did my latenight/early morning workout and then go back online. I also talked to Brandi from about 4-7 in the morning.

Now for today, or most of it. I got up at about 2 or so, and then I got ready to go out and get a graduation present for a friend. After all that I got home to realize that I had no clue where the party was gonna be. My friend forgot his phone or something so I couldnt contact him, and I ended up riding the 64 ride on around town. After that I walked from Hazelnut Dr. up Midcounty Highway, and me being stupid took a "short cut" where I got lost and landed at Forest Oak Middle School. haha... After going in a huge circle, I continued up midcounty to the Lakeforest Transit Center, where I was just in time for the 59 right to my house. Doesnt look like Im gonna be running or jump roping tonight...

July 3, 2003

Whoopers, its been a while! I just got back from seeing Terminator 3. The movie is amazing, and a bit disapointing at the same time (I can't tell you why unless you want me to spoil it)

Life has been a little more relaxed after coming back from the weeklong National Theather Festival, where Magruder took their superior talent to the Kay Theather. Now there is no hussle and bussle(?) to trying to finish set peices or rehearsing or no nonsense.  The only thing I have not to understand is the way girls work. How can it be possible for certain jerks to get the girl? When does the underdog win? Will the underdog ever succeed? Guess thats what we have to find out later.

Also, I am also happy to annouce two gig oppertunities that have shown themselves to DJ Turb.  One will be a wedding. I have no idea on what kind of music they are expecting, if they want lighting or anything, because I have not been able to get into contact. Another one might be a sweet 16 birthday party, and this is also unconfirmed.

Speaking of gigs let me tell you a story about a poser named Mike from Calvert high school. He absolutly ruined the dance. He was put in charge of disc jocking the dances we have at the theather festival. But the guy has no taste in music. I was a lil busy getting my groove on, but if i wasnt I would have smack him across the face and spit in his eye, and thats fo damn sho (I love saying that)

Anyway,  I guess I have nothing to talk about. Ill try to update more now that I have time.

May 27, 2003

So last night I had a slight cough, and tossed and turned in bed till about 4:00 AM. Knowing that I would never be able to wake up and survive the day, I faked a sickness. The cough is real, the fever was, eh... Basically I got to skip school, whoo

Anyway, After spending the day doing nothing I went to my first Drivers Education Class. Its not that bad, but it might be a lil more work then I expected. I'm still pissed because I am suppose to already have my provisionals! O well, my instructor (who resembles a young Mr. Miagi from the Karate Kid) is very funny and nice.
The guitar part for the song is still in refining perfection stage.

This weekend (which was four days for me) has been full of shit. Lets recap... friday went to see Bruce Almighty (Jim Carrey is one crazy mothafucka) saturday went to work, then commenced my 40 hours of awakeness full of movies and shit, and this kept going till Sunday where i basically did nothing but watch movies and drink alot of soda (nope, i have no life)  then on Monday went to Montgomery mall to do nothin, came back and went to Red Robin at Lakeforest to get an application (and get a burger...) And that brings us to today. SKipped the school , drivers ed, and i should be sleeping but eh...

Ploop!

May 26, 2003

Its Memorial Day here in the US of A and I have just woke up from a 40 hour period of awakeness. Ive watched Drumline 4 times, Goldmember twice, Blue Streak, Black Sheep and Forrest Gump. Also I am in the process of creating a song. Right now I am still refining the Guitar part, and the tab for it is going excellent. The beat needs slight perfections before we can call it "good". The piano and scratch fill-ins have yet to make the drawing board, but once I get my computer to work, and my multitracking software to run it will be ready. Please check back.
